Lanie’s career blends analytical precision with an unshakable commitment to people and purpose. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison with a degree in Computer Science and Statistics, she joined The DRG in 1995, working alongside her father, founder Bob Dieringer. Since then, she has guided the company through decades of growth and change, building a strong foundation for its integration into Cortico-X and setting the stage for the next chapter of innovation and expansion.

Her leadership philosophy is simple: stay curious, take initiative, and never lose sight of why the work matters. Lanie is known for her ability to turn complex challenges into forward momentum, fostering alignment, accountability, and a shared sense of purpose across teams. Her steady, people-first approach continues to shape Cortico-X’s culture of collaboration and progress.

Outside of work, Lanie enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter. She also likes to run, relax at the beach near her home, and reimagine and redesign homes to let her creative side shine.
