Her recommendations stem from a deep understanding of stakeholders’ journeys, behaviors, and preferences. She leverages this knowledge, combined with cutting-edge tools and technologies, to create solutions that meet stakeholder needs.
At Acquis Cortico-X, Devika spearheaded projects encompassing both external (customer) and internal (employee) experience and digital strategies for large corporations.
She has partnered with Chief Experience Officers, Chief Digital Officers, and Chief Data Officers to assess and define business strategy, implement targeted measures and metrics to organizational goals, and optimize and ciency both in the short and long term.
