After this successful run, Brandon’s pivotal role in sculpting the customer experience strategy for America’s premier retailer, Total Wine & More, was a game-changer, catapulting the brand’s revenues to soar past $3 billion through pioneering Customer Care operations and a robust e-commerce platform.
