Before joining Acquis Cortico-X, Anson served as a Managing Partner at Gallup overseeing the Financial Services & Insurance business where he partnered with organizations to design comprehensive change management and culture activation programs.
Over 10+ years at Gallup, Anson used predictive analytics and performance development strategies to address significant business opportunities related to large-scale organizational change such as customer and employee experience transformation, operating models, digital modernization, and culture change.
His experience also includes growing and leading client relationships as the Managing Director of a boutique strategic economic and financial consultancy. He also worked in marketing strategy development and consumer research in the global consumer products division of a major financial services organization.
Anson holds a BA in economics from the University of California, Irvine, and an MBA from Northwestern University.
