As an Engagement Manager and Associate Principal in the Cortico-X practice, Adele works with clients across industries to transform the customer experience.
Adele spent most of her career at Forrester. In the first half of her 17 years there, she was a Researcher and then Analyst on the Customer Experience Research Team. As an analyst, she wrote reports and advised clients on building their voice of the customer programs, measuring customer experience, and improving digital and self-service experiences.
In her next role as a Principal Advisor with Forrester’s Customer Experience Council, a peer network for customer experience and employee experience leaders, she wore many hats: subject matter expert, sounding board, connector, facilitator, presenter, trusted partner, and coach. In addition to offering her own expert advice, she helped clients solve their business challenges, leveraging Forrester resources and connections with their practitioner peers. Adele co-hosted The CX Cast, Forrester’s weekly podcast about all things experience.
After Forrester, Adele joined a small CX consulting firm, OGC Global, where she led an internal communications strategy development and execution plan for a Fortune 50 company.
Adele has an A.B. in psychology from Harvard University and lives in the Boston area. When not spending time with her husband and two daughters, she’s usually listening to a podcast, walking her dog, catching up with a friend, working out on the Peloton platform under the leaderboard name #NotFamousAdele, or planning what to eat next.
