A leading pharmaceutical company experienced challenges in developing a Medical Affairs Digital Model for Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and Thought Leadership (TL) Engagement. The organization needed to determine data-driven outcomes through targeted social media insights generation on KOLs and TLs within a selected therapeutic area by utilizing big-data aggregation and NLP-based analytical insights generation.
Acquis worked closely with the business to develop the appropriate use case and execute via a Proof-of-Concept using analytical models and AI-based data processing. Extensive unstructured data was gathered and researched through a 3-phased targeted social listening sentiment analysis.
The AI and NLP-based algorithms generated a prioritized influencer list based on relevance, reach, and resonance. Thereby enabling the business to deprioritize long-standing relationships and establish more effective new partnerships.
